New South Wales
- Stephen Ball – Managing Director, Affinity Services JLT
QPIB, FAIM, MAIRM
Stephen has over 30 years experience as an Underwriter and Broker in Australia, UK and the Middle East. He managed our NSW operations for ten years and in 2000 was appointed Managing Director of Affinity Services.
Stephen has responsibility for national delivery of service to our Affinity Segment which includes Commercial & Personal Insurance clients as well as Groups and Associations.

- Debbie Gibson – National Broker Services Manager
Debbie has worked in the insurance industry since 1985, and has worked at Jardine Lloyd Thompson since 1995.
Debbie has a Bachelor of Business Degree from UTS which includes a Marketing and Insurance Sub Major. She is also a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance, holds her Insurance Broking (Dip Fin. Serv. (Broking)), and is a Qualified Practicing Insurance Broker (QPIB).
Debbie is responsible for managing a number of national placement facilities, staff education and training programs, she works closely with the Affinity & Corporate teams in each state, is responsible for the maintenance of the JLT badged policy wordings and sits on the JLTA Compliance and Technical Committee.

- Mario Guarino – General Manager, Life & Employee Benefits
Mario has been in the insurance industry for 40 years. He is a past State Manager of a Life Insurance Company and has been a Life & Employee Benefit adviser for the past 22 years consulting to our major corporate clients. He has national responsibility for the direction and growth of our employee benefit business.

- Jeff Gaborit – Director JLT Group Services Pty Ltd & Trustee, JLT Discretionary Trusts
Jeff has been with JLT in a number of roles since 1972, managing major client portfolios up until 1986.
In 1986 he was instrumental in the development of and implementation of the JLT Discretionary Trusts (JDTs) and in 1994 the introduction of JLT Group services Pty Ltd a JLTA fully owned company specialising in the design and management of the JDTs which provide an alternative risk transfer opportunity as opposed to conventional insurance.
Today Jeff is responsible for the Regulatory governance, development and ongoing management of this unique JLTA concept.

Victoria
- Deborah Fowler – Regional Development Manager, Affinity Services
ANZIIF (Snr. Assoc.) CIP, Dip. Fin. Serv. (Broking) QPIB
Deborah has over 35 years as an Underwriter and Broker in Australia, Asia Pacific and Africa. Deborah has managed Affinity Schemes for JLTA since 2001. Responsibilities include the development, implementation and management of Affinity Schemes Business.

- Paul Milo – Senior Consultant, JLT Sport
M. Bus. (Sports Management)
Paul has a life long involvement in Community sport including over 12 years employment with State and Community focused roles within AFL – Victoria. Paul joined JLT Sport in 2004 with the senior responsibility for initiating, developing and managing programs primarily for State and National Sporting or related organisations. He has placed business for some of Australia's largest and most well known Sporting Organisations.
Complimenting this experience Paul has multiple qualifications including a Master of Business (Sports Management). Recognising the role Paul has played at JLT Sport, he was also awarded the Advancing Sport Management Award by Deakin University (2005) for his outstanding services to Community Sport.

Western Australia
- Bob Slade – General Manager Affinity Western Australia
QPIB, Dip Fin Ser (Broking)
In 1991 Bob formed a joint venture with JLT through the establishment of Jardine Gibbs Slade (JGS). JLT subsequently bought out JGS in 2000 and Bob became a Director of JLT Perth and subsequently his current position.
He also has joint responsibility for the implementation and continued enhancement of the Sales@JLT program which is a major JLT initiative.
