Notice of Claim

Notice in writing shall be given as soon as possible to the insurer, via the ATA, of every Occurrence claim writ summons proceedings impending prosecution or inquest in respect of which there may arise liability under the policy.

The Licensed Trainer must at their expense, furnish the insurer with all such information as they may reasonably require to assist with the management of the matter.
