- André Louw – Executive Director – ProEx Australia & New Zealand
For more than 18 years, André has provided specialist insurance broking, risk consulting and claims services to corporations and firms from a wide range of industries. He has particular experience in mergers, acquisitions and capital raisings.
André holds postgraduate qualifications in law and business administration in addition to his formal insurance qualifications.
He also practiced as a solicitor, specialising in professional and public liability before entering the insurance industry.

- Michael Archer – General Manager
Michael has been a specialist insurance broker for more than 15 years, during which time he has placed insurance for many of Australia’s top 100 corporations.
Michael also has experience in insurance underwriting, as well as, claims management for a number of Australia’s largest corporations.
In addition to his practical and technical experience, Michael is a qualified solicitor and has formal qualifications in insurance. This mix enables him to provide clients with the negotiating and advisory skills demanded by the complexities of Directors’ & Officers’ Liability, Professional Indemnity insurance and other financial lines products.

- Nick Chubb – General Manager
Nick has more than 17 years specialist broking experience in the Australian and London professional and executive risk insurance markets. He also has experience as a professional and executive risks underwriter.
This significant experience is combined with formal qualifications including a Degree in Economics, a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment, and a Diploma in Financial Services (Insurance Broking).
This combination enables Nick to provide practical and effective solutions to his clients, across a wide range of professions and industries including law, accounting, funds management, banking, insurance and financial planning.

- Kim McCormack – Divisional Manager
Kim has more than 17 years insurance broking experience. During this time she has been responsible for the negotiation, placement and ongoing management of insurance programs of varying complexities to meet the needs of a diverse portfolio of clients. Those being clients from the financial and various commercial sectors, both public and private companies ranging in size from local and national operations, to larger global companies. These insurance related services go hand in hand with product advice to help clients negotiate an area of insurance that requires a specialist broker.
Kim is a Senior Associate of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and has a Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Brokering).

- Seth Corthine – Divisional Manager
Seth has been in insurance broking for over 20 years, including the last 15 years specialising in financial lines insurance such as Professional Indemnity and Directors’ & Officers’ Liability insurance.
He has acted for financial institution clients ranging from banks through fund managers to insurers, as well as, other large corporations both in London and Australia. Seth complements his technical and practical experience with formal qualifications in insurance.

- Elena Kazakova – Account Manager
Prior to joining JLT is May 2008, Elena worked for another international insurance broker, dealing predominately in Professional Indemnity and Directors’ & Officers’ Liability insurance, as well as, managing a team.
Elena’s clients represent a wide range of professional service providers such as financial planners and law firms, fund managers and insurance companies, IT consultants and professional associations.
Elena has a Diploma in Financial Services (Insurance Broking) and a Masters Degree in Telecommunication Engineering.

- Rebekah Scott – Account Manager
Rebekah has worked as a specialist broker since 1998.
She has been involved in specialist insurance programs for many large corporations and also manages a portfolio of smaller clients. Rebekah is a Qualified Practising Insurance Broker and has a Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking).

- Vanessa Tran – Account Executive
Vanessa has worked as a specialist broker since 2006.
She has been involved in specialist insurance programs for many large corporations and also manages a portfolio of smaller clients. Vanessa is a Qualified Practising Insurance Broker and has a Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking).
Vanessa has a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance)/Bachelor of Laws combined degree and a Diploma in Legal Practice in addition to her formal insurance qualifications.

- Caitlin Carson – Account Executive
Caitlin has been with JLT since 2005. In that time, Caitlin has provided insurance broking and claims management services to a number of industries and professions ranging law and accounting firms to agriculture.
Caitlin has completed a Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking) and is a Senior Associate of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF) and Certified Insurance Professional (CIP). Caitlin also holds an Advanced Diploma of Business Management which assists her in understanding the executive risks associated with the management of organisations.

- Stuart McKellar – Divisional Manager
Stuart has been a specialist broker since 2004.
He has been responsible for the delivery of insurance broking, claims handling and risk management services to clients from a wide range of industries and professions.
Prior to joining ProEx, Stuart worked in London for both Lloyds and company markets where he was involved in underwriting specialist industry risks.
Stuart has a Diploma in Financial Services (Insurance Broking), is a Senior Associate of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF), a Certified Insurance Professional (CIP) and is completing a Bachelor of Business majoring in Economics and Management. In addition, Stuart is a Committee Member of the Australian Professional Indemnity Group (APIG) – QLD Chapter.

- Michelle Bayes – Account Manager
Michelle joined the ProEx team in 2009.
Michelle has worked in the Insurance industry for eight years. Prior to joining ProEx, Michelle worked for another international broker specialising in the professional and executive risks field.
Michelle has broad experience in the placement and servicing of a large portfolio of clients from various industries.
Michelle has completed her Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification, and is currently completing her Diploma in Financial Services (Broking).

- Andrew Campbell – Account Executive
Andrew commenced his career in insurance with JLT in 2006.
In that time, Andrew has supported the team in marketing, administration, placement and servicing of a number of accounts from a range of industries including solicitors, accountants, retail, mining and energy. More recently, Andrew has taken over a portfolio of professional services firm clients.
Andrew has completed his Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification and is currently completing his Diploma in Financial Services (Broking).

- Trevor Hole – Divisional Manager
Trevor has been in the insurance industry since 1983 and a specialist broker since 1990.
In this time Trevor has looked after the placement and servicing needs for clients from a range of industries.
In addition to broking he has had extensive experience in banking and underwriting. His training as a banker, especially his skill at analysing financial statements and credit risk, has stood him in particularly good stead as a Directors’ & Officers’ Liability broker.
His experience is complemented by formal qualifications in insurance.

- Stuart Quigley – Account Manager
Stuart has been a specialist broker with ProEx since 2003.
He is responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts which include corporate business’ and small to medium sized private companies. He has also worked on a number of large accounts including public companies and financial institutions. Stuart holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking).

- Chris Varcoe – Account Manager
Chris has worked as a specialist insurance broker since 2005.
Chris has been involved in broking insurance programs for a number of large ASX corporations. Chris manages a portfolio of stockbrokers, as well as clients in the Superannuation and Fund Management sectors and professional services firms. Chris also has experience broking Directors’ & Officers’ Liability risks.
In addition to his formal insurance qualifications, Chris has a Bachelors’ Degree in Economics and is currently studying a Masters Degree in Finance.

- Crystal Wong – Account Manager
Crystal has worked as a specialist insurance broker since 2006.
She is involved in the placement and negotiation of specialist insurance programs of a broad spectrum of clients ranging from large public corporations, through to smaller private companies and professional services firms.
Crystal has tertiary qualifications in both risk management and accounting which equip her with the skills required to analyse and interpret the organisational, operational and financial risk profiles of her clients. She is now completing the final stage of the Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking).

- Mark Viskovich – Divisional Manager
Mark has over 20 years experience in the insurance industry gained with Insurers and International Insurance Brokers.
Prior to joining JLT in August 2007, Mark spent 11 years with another international insurance broker, managing a team, dealing predominately in Professional Indemnity and Directors’ & Officers’ Liability insurance.
Mark has been involved in the placement and negotiation of specialist insurance programmes for a variety of industries and professions with complex insurance and risk management requirements.
He is a Qualified Practising Insurance Broker (Australia) and a Certified Insurance Professional.

- Sara Culhane – Account Executive
Since joining JLT ProEx in March 2008, Sara has been involved in the day-to day management of Professional Indemnity and Directors’ & Officers’ Liability insurance for a wide range of clients and industries.
Prior to joining JLT, Sara had over 6 years broking experience with another large international insurance broking firm, in the financial lines industry.
Sara is currently completing her formal insurance qualifications.
