Accountants Professional Indemnity

ProEx would be delighted to provide you with a quote for your Accountants Professional Indemnity. In order for us to provide you with a quote, please complete the JLT Accountants proposal form. Please answer all its questions, then sign and date it. Please note that the insurer will not accept “Not applicable”, “Known to Broker” or unanswered questions.

Whilst we welcome scanned copies of proposals by email, you may send it to us by fax or mail if you prefer. Please forward it to the ProEx contact in your respective state.

We draw your attention to the Important Information notice which details the claims-made nature of this type of insurance and your obligations, including your “Duty of Disclosure”. The Important Information applies to all named persons, companies and parties comprising the insured and you should send a copy of these notices to all such parties.
