Risk Management Guide
RVA in consultation with VillageWISE and RVA member village operators has developed a Risk Management Manual.
The Risk Management Manual outlines the "Best Practice Guidelines" and "Continuous Improvement Tools" that may be adopted by all RVA members implementing Risk Management programs into their environment.
The manual is the result of consultation with the Professional Development and Standards Committee of the RVA and has been developed to compliment that Australian Retirement Village Accreditation Scheme (ARVA).
The RVA VillageWISE Risk Management Manual will be available under the members section of the RVA website - keeping up to date - manuals and guides. If you do not have a password, please contact your local RVA Regional Manager.
