Use of Materials
Personal Use:
JLT authorises you to print, copy, re-produce and download materials on the Web site, subject to the material not being modified in any manner.
Where you download material (including software) from the Web site, the material, including any files, and/or images incorporated in or generated by the software, and data accompanying the software will be licensed to you by JLT. Where applicable, completing transactions over the Web site
When entering into a transaction via the Web site the transaction will not be completed until confirmation of your payment has been received and processed by JLT and these Terms & Conditions are complied with.
Purchasing an Insurance Policy:
Where the Web site enables you to purchase insurance products or services online:
- Please read the Financial Services Guide and the Product Disclosure Statement before purchasing the insurance product or service;
- JLT may act on and process all completed electronic instructions transmitted or issued through this Web site without further consent from or reference to You;
- JLT may treat an electronic instruction as authentic and is under no obligation to investigate the authenticity or authority of persons issuing or transmitting such electronic instructions, or to verify the accuracy and completeness of such electronic instructions.
- In the event you wish to purchase the insurance as quoted to you via the Web site, upon the completion by you of all required details, your acceptance of the quote will create a binding contract of insurance accompanied by a corresponding policy number.
- JLT may issue paper confirmation of the insurance policy, however the existence of a binding contract is not conditional on JLT issuing, or you receiving, such confirmation of the transaction.
- At all times you are responsible for ensuring you receive a policy number. In the event one is not received, you should contact JLT.

Every effort has been made to ensure that information on the Web site is free from error, however JLT does not warrant the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of material on the Web site. All information is subject to change without notice.
