You must notify any claim or potential claim as soon as possible but at the latest within the nine (9) month period after the expiry of the Fund Period, otherwise it cannot be considered by the Trustee. Claims notified after the expiry of the fund period will be referred to the Insurer for consideration. The limitation when notice must be given does not apply to claims under the Insurance Cover. You may lodge such a claim for an event which occurs while you are a Member and it will be subject to the Insurer’s policy terms and conditions and relevant legislation.
